Show up 5 minutes early. Settle into the space before the session begins. This is a live-only programme. No recordings will be shared. Showing up is not just encouraged — it is the practice itself.

Alignment feedback requires Anshika Ji to actually see you. Align is a focused space where real guidance is possible, but only if she can see you practice.
Align is a live-only programme — no recordings are provided. This is intentional. The practice of showing up, even on difficult days, is part of the transformation itself. If you miss a session, we encourage you to recommit and be present for the next one.
Live sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Exact timing will be confirmed on enrolment and coordinated with the active cohort.
